{"id":5354,"date":"2023-05-22T17:35:59","date_gmt":"2023-05-22T15:35:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ignis.es\/?p=5354"},"modified":"2024-01-12T13:35:26","modified_gmt":"2024-01-12T12:35:26","slug":"green-ammonia-project-ignis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ignis.es\/en\/green-ammonia-project-ignis\/","title":{"rendered":"A new green ammonia project in Castell\u00f3 de la Plana"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In the development of its strategic energy transition plan, IGNIS plans to submit in the coming days the application to the Directorate General of Industry, Energy and Mines of the Direcci\u00f3n General de Industria, Energ\u00eda y Minas de la Conseller\u00eda de Econom\u00eda Sostenible, Sectores Productivos, Comercio y Trabajo of the Generalitat Valenciana for the declaration of <strong>Proyecto Territorial Estrat\u00e9gico (PTE)<\/strong> of the plant for processing and storage of green hydrogen and ammonia from renewable sources that the company plans to develop in Castell\u00f3 de la Plana.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The project, distributed in three phases, is expected to produce up to 850,000 tons\/year of Green Ammonia, which will be used mainly for the <strong>decarbonization of industrial consumption in Europe<\/strong>.
